Chilham Parish Council is a statutory consultee for all planning applications in the parish. Its has been very active in representing residents in connection with the proposed construction of the North Court Solar Farm at Old Wives Lees.
We can now report that Ashford Borough Council’s planning committee has refused the application (PA/2022/2415).
