Fish and chip lunch for residents (free to those over 70 years of age) Old Wives Lees Village Hall 2-4pm***
6.30pm – church bells – Ring for Peace
9:15pm – Lighting of national beacon chain and reading of international tribute
***Vouchers for free fish and chips are now available from Chilham Post Office until 31st May – just provide proof that you are a resident in Chilham Parish and are over 70 years of age – they are only valid at OWL Village Hall between 2 and 4pm on 8th June and have no monetary value – one voucher per person! (Those under 70 years old may purchase fish and chips).
