After a decade of visiting friends in Chilham, Greg and his husband Christian Magg acquired Well Cottage on Chilham Square in August 2019. Since that time, he has taken a keen interest in the village, co-founding The Tudor Peacock in 2020 in the hopes of improving commercial life and restoring a Grade-II listed building. The Tudor Peacock successfully opened in December 2023, offering residents and visitors Kentish wines in a late 14th century venue on Chilham Square. Greg successfully ran for election to the council in May 2021, served through May 2023 and was co-opted back on in September 2023. A British citizen, Greg is originally from Colorado and moved from New York City to London in 2000.
