Route 18 on the National Cycle Network (supported by Sustains) runs from Tonbridge Wells to Canterbury, largely on quite country roads and also traffic free stretches. The route takes in many scenic parts of Kent including Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) – some of these are rather hilly.
