In March 2017, the parish council invited parishioners to complete its Parish Question Time 2017 questionnaire to gather feedback on its performance, priorities and expenditure, to inform our programme of work for the year ahead. The feedback received from the 2016 household questionnaires and consultation events directly influenced our Strategic Plan to 2019 on which a progress update was also provided with the questionnaire.
The parish distribution network distributed the questionnaire leaflets to over 700 households in the parish and the prelimionary results were considered at the May council meeting and also made available at the Annual Parish Meeting on 25th May.
The results from the questionnaires has been analysed and a Consultation Report was distributed to households in the parish during October and November. Parish Councillors have also been visiting a randomn sample of 100 properties in the parish to conduct a "sixty second interview" aimed at understanding the reasons for a lower than expected response rate.
